Hey there! I'm Whitney, a certified classical Pilates instructor in Chevy Chase, DC. I found Pilates when I was postpartum with my second daughter and I absolutely fell in love with this method. It's a powerful system that transformed my body and I know it can help you too. The Pilates Cafe was a concept that encompasses two of my favorite things (espresso and the reformer) and it's a place we can learn about ourselves and all that our bodies are capable of doing. And, then grab a cappuccino (full fat milk, lots of foam for me!) with a girlfriend after.
